Now I am not trying to contradict myself because I know I preach about rest and maybe taking one thing off the list but it is also good to be productive. We don’t need to sleep in every weekend and it is good to get a few tasks done on your days off. So this weekend maybe set an alarm and it doesn’t have to be the same time you get up during the week but maybe just a littler earlier than you would usually wake up to get something accomplished like chores, the gym, or meal prepping. Something productive for when the weekend is over you can say man I am really ready for the week and feel like I accomplished something this weekend. So set those alarms and get to checking things off your list!
