I have noticed a certain playlist can change my mood in an instant! Certain songs can make me really happy and energetic, others can soothe and come me down, and of course there are some that just make me break down!I remember the days of mixed tapes and cds and my sister and I always had that one cd we would go back to and maybe not even the whole cd but I remember the first 3 songs were our anthem for a good half of the school year! This week I encourage you to make a playlist for positivity! Something you can turn on and it will inspire you to be active, to smile, to be in a good mood! Once the playlist is created make it into a cd, or just have it on your phone and play it when your need a mood enhancement and rock out to your favorite tunes!
