Spring Cleansing!

Continuing on the spring cleaning topic I challenge you to do a cleanse or a change for your body for one week. If you want to continue longer please do but this is just to kick start some healthy positive habits! Help your body rejuvenate and refresh for this new spring season! Mine is going to be drink at least 9 cups of water daily! My body needs it and I think it will help with dehydration, headaches, and hunger. So what will you do to give your body a spring clean?!
