A night time affirmation from @loaaffirmations. You can repeat it all, just listen, or make up your own but it is a good way to unwind from the day, get yourself to relax, and be positive about the day and what tomorrow is to bring. I really liked this affirmation although a little long but it just hit every point it should. So I encourage you to do your own tonight and maybe every night before bed to close out your day and prepare you for sleep and the days to come!
